4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- All social media accounts you connect to TrendsFlare
- All content you upload and publish through TrendsFlare
- Keeping your local installation and environment files secure
- Any consequences arising from content you publish
5. Acceptable Use

- Attempt to circumvent any platform's rate limits or restrictions
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Tool for malicious purposes
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through TrendsFlare. TrendsFlare does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
7. Third-Party Platform Terms
TrendsFlare connects to social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms through TrendsFlare is also governed by each platform's own terms:
- TikTok Terms of Service
- DeepSeek Terms of Service (if using AI features)
We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that may affect TrendsFlare's functionality.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TrendsFlare is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact time specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrendsFlare and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, failed posts, or account suspensions resulting from content you post.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TrendsFlare at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
